The Lima Warriors
Amateur Football Club, Inc. is organized
exclusively to foster national or international amateur
sports competition, including in such purposes, to make
donations to organizations that qualify as exempt
organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future
federal tax code; and
Primarily, to provide,
construct, develop, acquire, lease, own, operate, and
maintain facilities and equipment for the promotion and
development of amateur football players so that they may
compete in national and international amateur sports
competition and support and develop amateur athletes for
national and international amateur sports competition; and
Primarily, to promote, arrange,
and hold any and all kinds of amateur athletic contests,
exhibitions, and competitions, to contribute towards and
provide for prizes and trophies; to enact and establish
rules and regulations governing said competitions and
determining and defining breaches and infractions of said
rules and regulations and imposing penalties in accordance
with the law; to exercise disciplinary authority so far as
is lawful over all persons to the end that all games and
athletic events be clean and dignified.
To promote and elevate the
standard of amateur football; to build good fellowship and
sportsmanship through amateur athletics and high level
competition; to institute, develop and maintain a high plane
of physical and moral excellence and to enlist the
cooperation and aid of others to that end; to publish
information and assistance to promote the ideals of the
corporation.
To do all acts and things
necessary or convenient in furthering the purposes
hereinabove mentioned..

shining armor symbolizes a Warrior fearless in
battle whose loyalty, strength, honor, glory and
courage stands above all others on the battle
field.

sword is sheathed because our weapon of choice is
