2005 NEW OFFENSIVE
PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Andrew Cleckley
Andrew Cleckley came to the Warriors at the beginning
of the 2005 season hoping to play linebacker.
But the Warriors' coaching staff quickly realized that
Cleckley would be able to fill a void in the
backfield. So without hesitation Cleckley
switched from defense to offense and never looked
back.
We really
liked Drew's hard running style said head coach John
Parkins. It took him a little bit of time
to fully understand our offense, but once he did
picked it up he was able to keep the offense balanced
with his hard running.
