USFA Headlines

Warriors and Lightning predicted by the players of the USFA to win conference titles.

SHARON, PA – As the United States Football Alliance (USFA) has grown to 34 teams for the 2009 Season, this upcoming season looks to be as unpredictable as ever.  There are teams with National Championships and teams that have been solid contenders each season, but one thing is certain in 2009, if you want to win the title, you’ll need to bring your “A” game each week.

Fourteen teams comprise the newcomer list with the Detroit Ravens and Kentucky Wolverines headlining it.  All divisions look to be wide open, but in a recent poll on the USFA message board, the Lima Warriors and the West Virginia Lightning came out as the favorites for this season.  Being as we more than two months away from the season even kicking off, it’s too early to tell what will happen, one thing is for certain, it’s going to be a great summer for Semi Pro Football in the USFA.
