NEW DANCE TEAM OFF TO GREAT START
Future dance team

"I was
impressed," said dance coach Crista Sheilder.
It was easy
to see why she said that after the completion of the
Warriors' first audition for their new Dance Team that
will perform at all home games in 2007.
The young
ladies, ranging in age from 18 to 24 with varying
dance experience, worked out for the Coach Sheilder
and the Warriors staff Saturday afternoon at the Lima
YMCA.
Being our
first audition and my first time with the team, I was
a little nervous at first said Sheidler, but once we
got started everything went smooth and the girls did a
great job. I am very excited about working with
them this year.
The Warriors
are looking to fill 8 to 10 spots for their 2007 dance
team. In addition to performing at home games,
the ladies will also make special appearances
promoting the Lima Warriors.
We didn't
promote this a bunch, so we are very pleased with the
response we got at our first audition said Warriors
President John Bell. We are having another
audition in two weeks and we will announce the members
of our dance team after that audition.
